If you're having trouble connecting your Tableau Server, it's probably because your server runs inside your company network and your firewall prevents a connection from outside OR because you're using SAML or Google oAuth to connect..

In order to use PushMetrics, ask your IT admin to whitelist our servers to allow a connection between Tableau and PushMetrics.

The following hosts are used by us to connect and need to be whitelisted:

  • 35.157.126.81
  • 52.57.223.104

Please open ports 80 and 443 to allow HTTP/HTTPS connections.
